Cancellation Policy

Last updated September 2026

1. Canceling Ad Package Purchases

You can cancel an ad package purchase within 24 hours of buying it, provided that no listing credits or ads have been published. Once an ad is live on VidBazi, the package cannot be canceled.

2. Removing Published Ads

Sellers can delete or cancel their published listings anytime from their dashboard. Deleting an active ad does not issue a refund for used listing package credits.

3. Deal Cancellations Between Users

Since buyers and sellers meet directly in person, either party can cancel a physical deal prior to completing their in-person inspection and transaction. VidBazi takes no responsibility for canceled user deals.
