1. Digital Services

Payments made on VidBazi via Swich are for instant digital ad packages. Once a seller uses an ad package or publishes a listing, the payment is non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

You can get a full refund for an ad package within 24 hours if:

• You bought an ad package but have not published any ads or used any listing credits.
• A double charge or technical error happened during checkout.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your bank account or card via Swich within 3 to 5 working days.

3. Physical Goods Disclaimer

VidBazi does not sell or deliver physical products and does not take payments for physical goods. Any returns or refunds for physical items traded between users must be dealt with directly between the buyer and seller in person.
