Welcome to VidBazi.com ("Platform"). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. What VidBazi Does

VidBazi is an online ad directory. We sell digital ad packages and listing subscriptions to sellers who want to showcase products online.

2. No Physical Goods Handling or Escrow

VidBazi does not own, stock, sell, ship, inspect, or deliver any physical products listed by users. We do not collect or hold payments for physical goods, winning offers, or deals between users. We operate no escrow, deposit pools, or wallets.

3. Direct Buyer & Seller Transactions

All physical product inspections, price finalizations, and payments happen directly between the buyer and seller in person off-platform.

4. Payments Made to VidBazi

All payments made directly on VidBazi.com via our payment partner, Swich, are strictly for purchasing digital listing packages, account subscriptions, and ad placements. All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
